Study of Adaptive Administrative Management Based on Technology in Massive Open Online Courses with Nahwu-Sharaf Material for Distance Education

The development of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of learning systems in universities, including Arabic language education, especially Nahwu and Sharaf courses. This study aims to comprehensively describe and analyze the management of administration based on Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in Nahwu and Sharaf courses through a systematic literature review (SLR). This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach strengthened by a review of reputable international literature with a focus on four main dimensions: planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of online learning administration. The results of the study show that MOOC-based learning administration can increase the effectiveness of material management, student active participation, validity of online evaluations, and academic documentation in a systematic and integrated manner. The use of multimedia, including video, infographics, audio podcasts, asynchronous discussion forums, and AI-based adaptive quizzes, supports a more interactive, flexible, and student-centered learning process. This study proposes a conceptual framework for MOOCs Adaptive Management Administrative (MAMA) as a model for managing digital education in Islamic Religious Education and Arabic courses in universities in the era of technological disruption
