History

The printed version of IJET (Indonesian Journal of English Teaching) was first published in 2012. The first online version of IJET (Indonesian Journal of English Teaching) was published in 2016.  IJET (Indonesian Journal of English Teaching) has national accreditation with SINTA 4 in 2019 and 2023. 

IJET (Indonesian Journal of English Teaching) has been supported by the ELITE Association (English Language, Literature, and Language Teaching). IJET (Indonesian Journal of English Teaching) has become a partner of some International conferences, for example, ICONELT 2019, held by UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya; ELITE International Conference 2020; ICON-ELT 2020, held by the University of Islam Malang; ICONELT 2022 and ICONELT 2024. 

From the July Vol 10, 2022 edition, IJET (Indonesian Journal of English Teaching) has changed the journal cover.

Starting from January 1, 2024, the Indonesian Journal of English Teaching has been redirected from https://jurnalftk.uinsby.ac.id/index.php/IJET to https://jurnalftk.uinsa.ac.id/index.php/IJET.
